Hikvision Health Monitoring Service costs £25 per Year for one compatible recorder. Payment is collected annually in advance through Stripe. The subscription renews automatically every year until renewal is cancelled. The service covers supported device-health monitoring, fault notifications, reports and authorised remote maintenance, subject to compatibility, internet connectivity and permissions. WEBHAYER confirms setup and activation after payment. Automated device checks operate 24/7; staffed assistance is Monday–Saturday, 9am–6pm. On-site visits, parts, physical repairs, cloud recording, live security monitoring and police response are not included. Cancel renewal in your WEBHAYER account: My Account > Subscriptions > Cancel renewal. This stops the next annual payment; the service continues until the current paid period ends.
