Prices include the visit, diagnosis and up to one hour on site. Parts are extra.
Standard hours — advance payment
Monday–Saturday, 9am–6pm, excluding bank holidays.
£80 — visit + first hour
Then £25 per started 30 minutes · £50 per additional full hour

Evenings & Sundays

10pm–9am daily; bank holidays all day.

Visit terms & conditions
- Included: travel within our agreed coverage area, diagnosis and up to one hour on site. Repairs are carried out where possible; the visit fee applies even if the fault cannot be fixed.
- Extra costs: each started 30 minutes, parts and any travel or parking extras are agreed first. Return visits are quoted separately.
- Booking: we confirm your appointment and tariff before attendance. Out-of-hours visits require first-hour prepayment and depend on availability.
The first hour is the minimum charge. No VAT is added. Maintenance, subscriptions and installations have separate prices.
