Systems we work with
CCTV fault diagnosis for homes and businesses, including systems installed by another company.
We work on all CCTV brands. Send us a photo of the model label and describe the fault before your visit.
IP cameras and NVR systems
Camera connectivity, PoE power, network connections, recorder settings and recording faults. Compatibility and available access are checked before configuration changes.
Analogue cameras and DVR systems
Video loss, power faults, cable connections and recorder issues on compatible coax-based CCTV systems. Replacement equipment must match the existing video format.
Apps and remote viewing
Help with compatible remote-viewing setups, including Hik-Connect and DMSS. Some faults may depend on the internet connection, account owner or the manufacturer’s service.
Please have your recorder login and app account details available. Account recovery may require the manufacturer’s verification process.

Repair or upgrade?
A faulty connection, power supply or recording setting may be all that needs attention. We diagnose the problem before recommending replacement equipment.
If your recorder is unreliable, several cameras have failed or compatible parts are no longer available, we can explain the repair and upgrade options.
CCTV repair FAQs
How much does a CCTV repair visit cost?
The first hour, including the visit and diagnosis, is £80 when paid in advance or £100 without advance payment. Additional labour is £50 per hour. Replacement parts are charged separately, and extra work is agreed before it starts. Contact us for out-of-hours availability and pricing.
Do you repair systems installed by another company?
Yes, subject to the equipment, available access and compatibility. Send us the camera or recorder brand and model, together with a short description of the fault.
Can you guarantee a repair in the first hour?
No. Some faults can be resolved during the first visit; others need replacement parts, additional time or manufacturer support. The visit covers diagnosis and repair work within the booked time, rather than a guaranteed fix.
Can you restore missing CCTV footage?
This service does not include specialist data recovery. We can investigate why recording has stopped, but cannot promise to recover recordings that were never saved, have been overwritten or are on a failed drive.
What if I do not know the password?
Tell us before booking. We may be able to assist through the manufacturer’s supported recovery process, subject to proof of ownership and the equipment involved. Password recovery is not always possible during a single visit.
What should I prepare before the visit?
Provide the recorder model, a description or photo of the fault, and access to the recorder, router and affected cameras. Have authorised login details ready. Tell us in advance about high-level cameras or any equipment that is difficult to reach.
Can I book an urgent or same-day repair?
Call 020 8087 1921 or message us on WhatsApp to check availability before paying. Same-day attendance is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.
When will my appointment be confirmed?
We will contact you after receiving your order to agree a suitable date and time. Booking or paying online does not reserve a specific appointment slot. If we cannot agree a suitable appointment before the visit, any booking payment is refunded in full.
