Pyronix Cloud subscription and renewal

Subscribe to or renew Pyronix Cloud with WEBHAYER to use HomeControl2.0 with your compatible alarm. Check its status, set or unset the system and receive alarm notifications on your phone.

  • Wi-Fi / Ethernet: £25 per Year. For a compatible alarm connected through your broadband.
  • GPRS: £60 per Year. For a compatible alarm using a supported mobile-data communicator. Ask us to check your equipment before ordering.

Each subscription covers one compatible alarm system and renews annually until you cancel renewal. WEBHAYER confirms compatibility, setup and activation after payment.

Pyronix Cloud & HomeControl2.0 setup

Expand each step for the full instructions. Your compatible alarm must have a working internet connection. Menu wording varies by panel and app version.

Step 1: Release your panel from another provider

If another provider manages your panel on PyronixCloud, ask them to release it before transferring to WEBHAYER. If you cannot contact them, ask us for help. Transfer times depend on the current provider.

Skip this step if your panel is already managed by WEBHAYER.

Step 2: Find your System ID and passwords

For existing compatible keypads with the SET UP APP DATA? menu:

  1. Press D and enter your Master Manager Code. If your keypad uses a different entry sequence, follow its user guide.
  2. Press NO until SET UP APP DATA? appears, then press YES.
  3. Move through the existing settings with YES until SYSTEM ID appears. Record it exactly.
  4. Continue to CLOUD PASSWORD. Record the existing password if displayed. This is used to register the panel with PyronixCloud.
  5. Continue through the existing security-level setting to APP PASSWORD. Record it if displayed. This is the password used to connect the app to the alarm.
  6. Leave existing settings unchanged. Press NO until EXIT MANAGER MENU? appears, then press YES.

Missing or hidden password? Contact WEBHAYER rather than changing the security level or overwriting a password. The app menu requires a compatible communicator and may need to be enabled by your installer.

Your alarm user code is the code you normally use to set and unset the alarm. It is separate from both passwords and from your PyronixCloud account login.

Step 3: Confirm cloud activation

WEBHAYER will confirm your transfer or registration, subscription activation and app access. Have your System ID and panel Cloud Password available when we arrange setup.

Wait for activation before connecting. Adding a system in the app alone does not activate a subscription.

Step 4: Download and set up HomeControl2.0

Install HomeControl2.0 on your phone:

  1. Open the app and complete the introductory screens. If shown, tap CONTINUE.
  2. Allow notifications in the app and in your phone settings.
  3. Read and accept the app terms to continue.
  4. When asked for a name or alias, enter a recognisable name for this phone, then tap NEXT.
  5. Use the option for adding your existing alarm by SYSTEM ID. Enter the ID from Step 2 and tap NEXT.
  6. Name your alarm, for example HOME, then continue.
  7. Select the alarm on the app home screen.
  8. Enter your alarm user code / PIN and APP PASSWORD, then select LOGIN. Do not enter the panel Cloud Password in the App Password field.
  9. Saving credentials is optional. Only enable it on your own secured phone.

Different screens? These instructions cover the System ID route for existing panels. Screen order varies with the app version. If you only see QR-code or short-code options, contact WEBHAYER for the correct route for your panel.

Step 5: Test the connection and notifications
  1. Open your system and check that its current status is displayed.
  2. With the premises ready and other users informed, test setting and unsetting the alarm.
  3. Check notifications enabled for your account. If access needs authorisation or alerts do not arrive, contact WEBHAYER.

How much does Pyronix Cloud cost?

WEBHAYER offers Wi-Fi / Ethernet subscriptions at £25 per Year and GPRS subscriptions at £60 per Year, for one compatible alarm system.

Is Guard Response included with Pyronix Cloud?

No. Pyronix Guard Response is a separate subscription for eligible systems and properties. An active Pyronix Cloud subscription is required.

What devices are compatible with Pyronix Cloud?

Compatibility depends on your panel, communicator and configuration. Send WEBHAYER your alarm model and connection type before ordering if you are unsure.

How do I set up the service?

After payment, WEBHAYER contacts you to confirm compatibility, registration or transfer, and activation. Follow the HomeControl2.0 setup steps above once activation is confirmed.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel renewal through My subscriptions. Cloud access continues until the end of your current paid subscription period.
