Our Alarm Repair Service is designed to resolve faults quickly and restore full functionality to your security system. Whether your system is showing a fault, not arming properly, or the keypad is unresponsive, we’re here to help.
We investigate the issue affecting your alarm system using on-site testing and diagnostic tools.
We check the control panel, keypads, sirens, sensors, and wiring to locate faults.
Where possible, we will repair minor issues or reset devices to restore system function.
If the issue is power-related, we will inspect the battery and mains supply.
We will test only the zones or detectors related to the reported issue — not the entire system.
If the alarm is stuck in a fault mode or keeps triggering, we will stop it and reset the system.
We’ll provide a summary of the work carried out and any recommendations for follow-up.
Replacement parts (e.g. batteries, sensors, control boards) are not included in the base price and will be charged separately.
Risco diagnosis checks the event log, bus status, zones, wireless supervision and cloud communication before hardware is reset or replaced.
We work with LightSYS, LightSYS Plus, ProSYS Plus and Agility alarm systems. Typical call-outs include:
Current LightSYS and ProSYS Plus equipment is generally supportable. Older Agility and legacy bus devices need exact model matching because generations and radio formats can differ.
Compatible systems can use RISCO Cloud and the iRISCO app when the panel, communicator and account configuration support them.
Repair is appropriate when the panel is reliable and the problem is confined to a detector, bus device or communicator. Upgrade is preferable when several legacy modules are incompatible or cloud connectivity can no longer be maintained.
We support LightSYS, LightSYS Plus, ProSYS Plus and Agility alarm systems. Send a photo of the keypad or panel label if you are unsure which model is installed.
Messages can point to bus, zone and detector communication faults, battery, tamper and siren warnings, RISCO Cloud, IP or GSM connection problems. The displayed warning is a starting point; the affected circuit, device and event history still need testing.
